Soldiers Seeing Ghosts? with Dr. James Linzey, National Guard Chaplain.
I have some real ghost stories today for Halloween. No, we haven’t gone off the deep end, but some soldiers may have thought they had when in the wake of hurricane Katrina they had some very disturbing encounters. Our guest and CBS were there.

Witches, Ghosts and the 'Other Side' with Debra Rae & Audrey Russo
It's Halloween and witchcraft is growing among teens and women. Also gaining in popularity are psychics who claim to talk to the departed loved ones of their clients. Do they?

LATEST POLLS - Presidential Race, Schwarzenegger, Iraq, Iran

Did you watch the Democrat debate tonight? What did you think?

Here are some of the most recent polls pre the debate. It will be interesting to watch any changes because of it.

1) Clinton Wins Republican Women But Loses Democratic Men - Recent Rasmussen Reports polling data shows Clinton attracting an average of 18% support from Republican women. However, there is another side to the gender gap story. The same surveys show that while Clinton is attracting 18% of Republican women, she is losing an average of 20% of Democratic men to the Republicans.

2) But 1/2 of all likely voters would not vote for Hillary according to Zogby.

3) North Carolina: Clinton Even with Giuliani, Thompson, McCain - No Democratic Presidential candidate has won North Carolina's Electoral Votes since Jimmy Carter's victory more than three decades ago. George W. Bush won 56% of the vote and carried the state by double digits in both Election 2000 and Election 2004. But, the latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey shows that New York Senator Hillary Clinton might be competitive in the state during Election 2008.

4) Zogby Poll: 50% of Americans would NOT vote for Hillary Clinton

Ohio: Giuliani 45% Clinton 43%

5) The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows a very tight race between Rudy Giuliani 21% while Fred Thompson is the 19%. John McCain moves into third place among the candidates with at 14% of the vote. Mitt Romney's support is back down to 12%, Mike Huckabee reaches double digits for the first time at 10%, and Ron Paul earns the vote from 3%. Bottom line they say: Don't expect Evangelical leaders to rally around Huckabee. You'll probably see a split within the ranks where some go to Huckabee, others go to Romney and maybe Thompson. The way Huckabee will win in Iowa is with hard grassroots campaigning and support. The establishment think Huckabee isn't viable because he doesn't have the organizational strength of a Romney campaign or a Giuliani campaign.

OTHER INTERESTING POLLS:

SCHWARZENEGGER RUN FOR SENATE
- Speculation is rampant in California that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will challenge liberal Democrat Barbara Boxer for her Senate seat in 2010 – and a new poll has them running neck and neck.

A California Field survey of registered voters released Tuesday showed Schwarzenegger with 44 percent of the votes in a hypothetical election, and Boxer with 43 percent. The rest were undecided.

The poll also showed Schwarzenegger with a favorable job performance rating – 56 percent of respondents said they approve of his performance as governor, and only 23 percent disapprove, with his support coming from a majority of both Republicans and Democrats.

IRAQ - An October 12 CNN poll showed that an increasing number of Americans believe that the situation in Iraq is improving (24% now vs. 17% percent in June). In addition, the poll revealed a 15 point drop in the number of Americans who that believe the situation is worsening (31% now vs. 46% in June). For the full results, please click here.

The latest Rasmussen Reports tracking poll finds that 43% of Americans now say the U.S. and its allies are winning the War on Terror. That's up from 39% a month ago and is the highest level of optimism registered in nearly a year.

IRAN - Zogby: A majority of likely voters - 52 percent - would support a U.S. military strike to prevent Iran from building a nuclear weapon, and 53 percent believe it is likely that the U.S. will be involved in a military strike against Iran before the next presidential election, Democrats (63 percent) are most likely to believe a U.S. military strike against Iran could take place in the relatively near future, but independents (51 percent) and Republicans (44 percent) are less likely to agree. Republicans, however, are much more likely to be supportive of a strike (71 percent), than Democrats (41 percent) or independents (44 percent).

When asked which presidential candidate would be best equipped to deal with Iran – regardless of whether or not they expected the U.S. to attack Iran – 21 percent would most like to see New York U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton leading the country, while 15 percent would prefer former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani and 14 percent would want Arizona U.S. Sen. John McCain in charge. Another 10 percent said Illinois Sen. Barack Obama would be best equipped to deal with Iran, while Republican Fred Thompson (5 percent), Democrat John Edwards (4 percent) and Republican Mitt Romney (3 percent) were less likely to be viewed as the best leaders to help the U.S. deal with Iran. The telephone poll of 1,028 likely voters nationwide

There is considerable division about when a strike on Iran should take place – if at all. Twenty-eight percent believe the U.S. should wait to strike until after the next president is in office while 23 percent would favor a strike before the end of President Bush’s term.

On Today's Show: WRAP & Pornography Awareness Week

Today for White Ribbon Against Pornography (WRAP) and Anti-Porn Week (beginning Oct. 28, 2007) we talked about the real victims of pornography, those who argue that pornography is harmless, healthy and 'good for America,' and who cry censorship in the face of enforcing obsenity laws.

Morality in Media (MIM) is sponsoring its (WRAP) Campaign, and Robert Peters, president of MIM, recalled that in 1993-1994, Bill Clinton, appointed Janet Reno as Attorney General, and the Justice Department’s enforcement of anti-pornography laws came to a virtual halt.

Among suggested activities for everyone to get involved with MIM includes: Invite someone to speak against pornography at your church or civic group; hold a rally in your city or at your state capitol; write a letter or talk to your local, state and federal elected representatives, bureaucrats, police, prosecutors, and judges.

Men are key in turning the tide against pornography on TV, the Internet, in print. The more men get in the fight on this, the better our families and communities will become.

Something new, the ROME Project, will launch soon to encourage men to reject pornography in all its venues:

'Sex Play' in Daycare Schools

Okay, hold your seats for this one...

As Aftenposten reports:

A specialist in early childhood education in Oslo is giving new meaning to the term "sexual games." Norwegians woke up last Tuesday morning to news that a respected Oslo pre-school teacher, backed by child psychologists, thinks children should be allowed to openly express their own sexuality through sex play and games in the local day care centers. The vast majority of Norwegians send their children from the age of one to the kindergartens, where they spend their days until they begin school at age six.

Pia Friis told newspapers on Tuesday that children should be allowed to express their own sexuality at day care centers. She said she doesn't want to stifle what comes naturally, that children should be able "to look at each other and examine each other's bodies. They can play doctor, play mother and father, dance naked and…masturbate." (This is daycare, folks!)

"But their sexuality must also be socialized, so they are not, for example, allowed to masturbate while sitting and eating. Nor can they be allowed to pressure other children into doing things they don't want to." Friis said there's a lot of uncertainty around how day care center employees should handle children's sexuality.

And their reasoning for all this? -- "Children must learn about sexuality, otherwise things can go very wrong. Children can't object to something they don't know about, and children can more easily and readily report assaults if they already are aware of their own sexuality."

Family therapist Jesper Juul who writes a popular weekly magazine column agrees that children’s sexuality shouldn’t be stifled, but conceded that "many are disturbed by children's sexuality, but I think it's important to put it on the agenda. That, in fact, is what we're doing."

While Norwegians are known for being liberal and tolerant, the issue already has sparked heated debate on radio programs and in online opinion forums. And some politicians are outraged at these, can I say it...asinine views!

America, we better watch out! Our kids could be next if we are asleep at this switch.

On Today's Show: Son of a PLO Terrorist

President Bush, after 9/11, used the term "Evil" and brought it out of the political correctness ash-heep. While some questioned his 'cowboy diplomacy' Americans and the world once again are acknowledging there is evil in the world. And that there is a battle between good in evil in the 21st century, just has there has been throughout history.

Many of our listeners are familiar with Walid Shoebat, the former PLO terrorist who has been on our show many times, and speaks across America and the world, on college campuses and FOX NEWS, CNN, et al, trying to open the world's eyes to the realities of radical Islam. Well, his son is doing the same, and joined us on Monday's show to talk about his new book, "In Satan's Footsteps". He covers alot of territory in an effort to expose the evil behind the anti-Semitic, anti-American, anti-Christian movement in our world today.

Ted the 16 year old son of Walid Shoebat, and has been persecuted for his faith and conservative views by his teachers and fellow students. He witnessed anti Semitism, anti Israel propaganda, holocaust denial, anti Christian and anti Americanism in the public schools he attended.

In his book Ted exposes Islam, the cults and how all evil consists of similar traits which are interconnected throughout history, linking the source of behaviors of many notorious criminals. You would never know the book was written by someone so young.

It's available on the web at www.insatansfootsteps.com and Amazon.com

There is a great promo video on the website as well that I encourage you to check out.

Re-Airing Show on Disturbing Illegal Immigration Numbers

The information on our Tuesday LIVE show on illegal immigration is so important that we're re-airing it today, so our online listeners can hear it. (Live shows are not streamed).

We gave the latest numbers on: the cost to taxpayers for illegal immigration for welfare, education, incarceration of alien criminals; the outrageous numbers of American deaths at the hands of illegals; the number of illegal alien sex offenders in our nation and more.

Too much to list here, but just a few numbers:

-$11-22 Billion a year spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year.
-$2.5 Billion a year on Medicaid.
-$12 Billion a year on primary and secondary school education for children of illegals.
-and another $17 Billion for education for American-born children of illegals, known as anchor babies.
-25 Americans are killed by illegal aliens every day, seven days a week, 365 days a year -- that adds up to 9,125 dead American men, women and children each year.

As Congressman Steve King says, "This is a 9/11 every four months and more Americans than we've lost fighting terrorists in the Gulf and Iraqi wars combined!"

You can hear more figures on the show following the link below.

We recognized the important contributions of Hispanic-American citizens on the show as this week ends National Hispanic Heritage Month, and noted that they are as unhappy as the great majority of Americans are about how our government is failing to secure our borders and protect our citizens.

Terrorists ask Sean Penn to Represent them

Wonder if Penn is pleased with this endorsement!

WorldNetDaily reports: Muslim terror leaders are hailing statements by actor Sean Penn regarding Iran, the war in Iraq and the global war on terror, stating militants have "deep respect" for Penn and urging Americans to listen to the outspoken Hollywood activist immediately.

One senior jihadist leader, Abu Hamed, northern Gaza Strip commander of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades Palestinian terrorist organization, even asked Penn to officially represent his terror organization's cause to the world media.

"I tell Penn that we don't have the money that the Zionists have, therefore we don't own and we don't have access to your media, and we hope you would ... represent our pain and our cause."

Have you seen Aaron Klein's latest book yet? Very interesting reading.

On Today's Show: The Emerging North American Union

Did you ever think that America would so lose sight of the importance of not only protecting our borders against the unslaught of illegal immigration, but also securing our borders in terms of maintaining our national sovereignty? Well, we are. And the NAU is how.

My guest today, Tom DeWeese, Founder and President of the A Kansas City 'port'
China's role in the highway
The Security and Prosperity Partnership
NASCO
and more.

Mexico is pushing the hardest of the three nations: Canada, Mexico and the United States. See Mexico's Vicente Fox calls for North American Union. But Pres. Bush is going right along with it in the name of free-trade.

Tom gave his thoughts about why Pres. Bush is working towards the NAU.

Kansas City will be the first place of inspection of trucks from Mexico, and then only by sensers. Illegals, terrorists, drugs, whatever can be in the trucks (without chips of course), and cross our borders without detection.

See more links on this subject here.

Jerome Corsi and Phyllis Schlafly have both written extensively about this. This is one of the most important issues we face today! I highly recommend if you're not up on this issue that you read their articles. The emergence of the NAU explains several other issues, including our poor performance at our borders.

We the people need to make our voices heard loud and clear on this issue like we have about amnesty. Texans are hot. Oklahoma's Governor says NO! to the superhiway coming through his state. This can be stopped.

Nosey School Questionnaires

Schools in over 400 counties are asking very personal and inappropriate questions of high school students.

Questions like:

"When you daydream about sex, do you think about (a) males, (b) females, (c) both?"

“How would you prefer to die?”

"Do you hate your parents?"

“When you get a bad grade, what do your parents do to you?”

Here's what students can do to not participate.

Good News: Bush Funnels Funds away from UN Population Fund

President Bush transferred $34 million that Congress had allocated for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to the "Child Survival and Health Programs Fund."

The (UNFPA) is notorius for supporting the one-child policy in China that forcibly aborts and fines women to choose to have more than one child.

According to Steven Mosher widely recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on the population question says about the UPFPA:
"The problem with what the United Nations Population Fund does is this: First of all, it misrepresents what it is about. This is the United Nations Population Fund, after all. It is not the United Nations Maternal Health Fund, it is not the United Nations Pre-Natal Care Fund. It is an organization that was set up in 1968 for the purpose of reducing fertility rates around the world, and over the past three-and-a-half decades it has not deviated from that purpose. The United Nations Population Fund would like to see abortion legalized worldwide, including in the 114 countries where there are significant restrictions placed on abortion, and it works to that end. Now it has occasionally made clear in documents its own pro-abortion stance, but it likes to work with affiliates. It likes to affiliate with other groups like the International Planned Parenthood Federation, which has joint projects with the UNFPA in different parts of the world, which then carry water on the abortion issue so that the UNFPA can avoid doing heavy lifting. But make no mistake about the fact that this is an organization that is devoted to aborting and sterilizing and contracepting as many women as possible. "

Thank you, Mr. President.

On Today's Show: Outrageous News Update

We talked about some of the most outrageous news stories, including about Christopher Columbus; the mixing of DNA of animals and humans; Feds saying it's OK to Taser US citizens but not illegals; a teacher who told students to renounce US citizenship, Hollywood antics on the show on Monday.

Beginning with some of the most outrageous quotes such as:

Here are just some of the quotes that stood out to me this week:

Hillary Clinton: "So if anybody tells you there is no vast right-wing conspiracy, tell them that New Hampshire has proven it in court."

Narseal Batiste, one of miami seven 'homegrown' terrorists currently in court: "I want to fight some jihad. That's all I live for. If I can put up a building then I should definitely know how to take one down."

Keith Olbermann at MSNBC: “Al Qaeda really hurt us, but not as much as Rupert Murdoch has hurt us, particularly in the case of Fox News. Fox News is worse than Al Qaeda — worse for our society. It’s as dangerous as the Ku Klux Klan ever was.”

Kathy Griffin, at Emmy Awards: "A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus. Suck it, Jesus. This award is my god now."

But of all the Outrageous News stories, none can top this one:

Animal and Human DNA mixed

Can I say, I told you so?

The World Congress of Families International Secretary Allan Carlson called a decision to allow the creation of embryos with human and animal DNA "yet another tragic milestone in the devaluation of human life."

The decision to allow the procedure was made by Britain's Human Fertilization and Embryo Authority. The procedure consists of injecting human DNA into rabbit or cow eggs, whose own DNA has been mostly, but not completely, removed to facilitate the extraction of stem cells for research.

Carlson comments: "These human/animal embryos are supposed to be destroyed within 14 days - which is bad enough in itself. But once we start down this particular slippery slope, what monsters may greet us at the bottom?"

"What started with the abortion movement in the early 1970s has led to the euthanasia and cloning movements and now the first steps toward creating chimeras (creatures part human and part animal) - all in the name of human rights and medical advances," Carlson observed. "Who's to say that at some point in time one of these hybrids won't be transferred to a woman's womb and allowed to gestate?"

The World Congress of Families is calling on the British government to reverse its decision to inflict such horrors on humanity.

On Today's Show: The Supreme Court with Phyllis Schlafly

The Supreme Court returned to work on their 'First Monday in October', the official date of their new year with much on the docket of cases they will tackle in the weeks to come on terrorism, lethal injection, cocaine sentencing, child pornography, all of which will likely effect the upcoming election. My guest on the show today, Phyllis Schlafly discussed the high court and her relevant book, "The Supremacists.

The Court appears to be sidestepping two church-state cases that conservatives hoped would be considered. One, a challenge by religious groups to a New York law requiring health plans to cover birth control pills, and a case in California about an evangelical group that was denied use of a public library for religious services. Read more.

See more links on Courts and 'Out of Control Judiciary' here.

Justice Thomas' interview on FOX News Hannity & Colmes tonight was excellent. It will air again on Hannity's America this coming weekend.

You can get his book, "My Grandfather's Son" on Amazon.
