Just to let you know we've really angered some evolutionists with my column this week on evolution's racist roots. (See 5/2/05 below). I stand by what I said. All the rebuttals I've received just disagree with what I said, name call, etc., but give no documentation for their arguments. True debate is more than opinion. What are the facts? No one has been able to explain away Darwin's or Huxley's, et al specific quotations to the issue. If there are any, where are they? Yes, Darwin was against slavery, but not because he wasn't racist in his evolutionary thought. Most people don't condone cruelty towards animals, but that doesn't mean they (all) think animals are of the same value as humans. Truth stands up under any investigation. We try to give balanced references and let the words speak for themselves, just as with the links below. Oh, and by the way, the issue of evolution is going through a six-day hearing even as I write.
