But, if we're going to be true to exposing the worldviews behind the issues, then we have to look at the origins, and its 'cultural' expressions as the increase of interest and activity in witchcraft, including among some leaders in government, such as Hillary Clinton's communing with the dead; Bill Clinton's fascination with voodoo; and John Podesta's tie to 'spirit cooking.'

N. Korea: Trump's Comments at UN 'a Declaration of War'

Are we headed towards war?

As CBSN reported: North Korea's foreign minister says President Trump's tweets about the Korean nation amount to a declaration of war and that under international law, his country can legally shoot down U.S. military planes — even if they're not in North Korea's airspace. "For the past couple of days, we had earnestly hoped that the war of words between North Korea and the U.S. would not lead to action," Ri Yong Ho said in remarks translated for NPR by journalist Jihye Lee. "However, Trump had ultimately declared war again last weekend, by saying regarding our leadership, that he will make it unable to last longer." READ THE REST

But, No. Korea's bark may be worse than it's bite in its threat to shoot down U.S. planes, according to Reuters.

The American people remain eager to be persuaded that a new president in the White House can solve the problems that plague us. The want a political savior. This is not a sentiment shared only by Republicans. Time and again, Americans have turned to politics with an almost religious zeal as the answer to what ails the nation. “Change” and “Believe” campaign slogans have been trotted out, only to be eagerly picked up and chanted like religious mantras. However, we’d do well to remember that governmental bureaucracy is fervently anti-change. As for trusting or believing in a politician, James Madison put it best when he pointed out that “if men were angels, no government would be necessary.” If there is to be any real hope for change, it rests, as it always has, in “we the people” because while we may be a large part of the problem, we are also the solution. And there is great power in this.

Obama Names Official Linked to MB as Gov't Liaison to Muslims

CLARION PROJECT -- The Obama Administration has chosen the grandson of a Muslim Brotherhood Muslim Brotherhood. A worldwide Islamist organization founded in Egypt in 1928 by Hassan al-Banna that seeks to implement Sharia-based governance globally. The new official also led the youth section of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) , an identified Muslim Brotherhood entity that was labeled an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-financing trial.

Feds Sue No. Carolina Over Transgender Bathroom Rights

CNN -- Reports, "The United States and North Carolina tangled over transgender rights on Monday, with the Justice Department filing a civil rights lawsuit over the state's so-called bathroom bill and state officials defiantly filing suits against the federal directive to stop the implementation of the controversial legislation.

"Also, a major player in North Carolina -- the state's public university system -- defied the governor and legislature and told the Justice Department on Monday it intends to act "in compliance with federal law" as it relates to House Bill 2, known as HB2.

The Justice Department seeks declaratory relief and threatens to curtail federal funding to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the University of North Carolina."
