Interestingly, four news sources out of India, the Mid-Day Mumbai, Hindustan Times, India Daily and New Kerala all reported that according to a leaked warning in a bulletin issued by the US Dept. of Homeland Security, Al Qaeda is plotting to attack US cities and London using hijacked fuel tankers as bombs by driving into petrol stations in an effort to cause mass casualties about the time of the anniversary of September 11th.
