We talked about Beijing's army of 30,000 internet secret police which monitor Chinese bloggers, and the growing concern of China's ability to launch a cyber-attack against the U.S. which it considers its enemy, to fracture the stability of global financial markets, interrupt our international communications, damage interconnected security networks and harm the overall effectiveness and rapid response capabilities of the U.S. military.
