Disregarding Palestian aggression, the UN envoy wrote in a special report for next week's meeting of the UN Human Rights Commission, among many things that Israel's defense against attacks:
"Serve as a constant reminder to the people of Gaza that they remain occupied."Of course, the 'people of Gaza' are now Palestinians since the Gaza pull-out of 8,000 Jews last August.
The South African lawyer, John Dugard, also said regarding Israel's security fence that it:
"Has come to symbolize Israeli territorial expansion and oppression."Two years ago Dugard called Israel's defense efforts 'war crimes' but Article 28 of the Fourth Geneva Convention says differently.
