For the Record: Obama's 95% tax cut claim is false.
Note that Obama doesn't say he'll cut taxes on 95% of taxpayers...instead he says he will cut taxes on 95% of Americans. 40% of Americans don't pay taxes. They are included in his 95%. How can you give a tax cut to those who don't pay taxes? You don't. It's called welfare.
