Pres. Obama is going on the road this week to try to convince the American people to back his 'stimulus spending package," - the Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1).
This trillion dollar ($1,000,000,000,000) pork-laden bill will not stimulate the economy as is so needed right now (the majority of the money won't be used until 2010 and 2011), and serves to fund democrat pet-projects and special interest groups such as ACORN, that have nothing to do with stimulating the economy or creating new jobs whatsoever.
