Randall Robertson is just one who has claimed the poor initial response to Hurricane Katrina victims was because of racism. He also claims victims resorted to cannibalism. I DON'T THINK SO! No evidence of this claim has been found. This is ridiculous to suggest that the people of New Orleans would do such a thing! You can read what he said on Ariana Huffington's blogsite here.
