Govenor Schwarzenegger Vows to Veto California Same-Sex Bill
After the California State Assembly passed a bill changing California's marriage law to read "two persons" vs. "a man and a woman" on Tuesday, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger vowed to veto it because the majority of Californians want the law to stay as is as evidenced by the overwelming majority vote on Prop 22 five years ago. The Governor says he believes the people should be the ones to decide on the issue.
