Did you hear what the BBC just reported - that a woman has accused David Letterman of sending her code words over the television causing her to go bandrupt, suffer mental cruelty and sleep deprivation for 11 years? The popular talk show host is fighting a restraining order taken out by the woman, which was accompanied by a six-page typed letter in which she said he used "code words, gestures and 'eye expressions' to convey his desires for her."
She also detailed how she began sending Letterman "thoughts of love" when his Late Show began in 1993, and that he has been responding in code words and gestures, "asking her to come east to New York to be trained as his co-host."
Now who's going to believe this?
