Did you see hear about the Mom who sent a tree to her son in Iraq?
Cindy Russell, the mother of Sgt. Ronald Russell, got the idea from a Vietnam veteran who said it could be done and that it would be the best present they (her son and his company) could get. So, a 4-foot Douglas fir arrived at their base in Iraq just before Thanksgiving. A large care package accompanied the tree.
How cool is that? Now, that's what I call supporting the troops!
