HOT OFF THE SHOW: Intelligent Design & Darwin

Today's show is my interview with Samuel Alibrando, author of “Nature Never Stops Talking”, about how evolution theory is taught in schools but the ‘theory’ of Creation or Intelligent Design cannot be taught. What is the reason for this resistance? And since President George W. Bush endorsed ID for schools the debate has increased on whether this is a separation of church and state issue. Is it?

As Dr. Benjamin Wiker said, “Nearly a century and a half has passed since the publication of Charles Darwin’s Origin of Species. Evolution has been taught as an undeniable fact in high school textbooks for well over a half century.” TotheSource admonishes, “People of faith should not allow themselves to be relogated to an anti-science position for questioning Darwin. Questioning the validity of theories is what science is supposed to do.”

For those interested, I’ve started a new blog, WOMANTalk Meditations, and we are talking about the beginning of life this month. Let me know what you think.
