Kenneth Starr Named President of Baylor University



How many knew this?

Kenneth Starr, the former independent prosecutor whose work led to President Bill Clinton's impeachment, has been named president of Baylor University. The world's largest Baptist university announced Monday that Starr would be the Waco school's 14th president. The 63-year-old Starr has been the dean of Pepperdine University's School of Law since 2004. Starr became a controversial figure as the prosecutor looking into the Whitewater land deal involving Clinton and his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Clinton was impeached but not convicted.
