Republicans Now Trusted More on National Security
RASMUSSEN -- New Poll: Despite the president’s repeated public overtures to the global Muslim community, voters continue to have a pessimistic view about America's future relationship with the Muslim world. In early November, only 16% said that relationship will be better one year from now. That's the lowest level measured all year. Forty percent (40%) of voters now rate the president’s handling of national security matters as poor, the highest criticism all year and a number that has been steadily worsening for him since September. Republicans are now trusted more than Democrats on the issue of national security by 13 points - 50% to 37%.
